 Cosa può pensare un cittadino leggendo la situazione della scuola presentata dai giornali locali?

Leggiamo i giornali di oggi e ci balzano agli occhi alcune riflessioni.

 Parma Qui: “Scuola: Fidenza ha superato la crisi. Le criticità hanno trovato una soluzione favorevole. Il sindaco e l’assessore gongolano.”

“I punti di criticità (classi dei licei, del Paciolo, della scuola media Zani) hanno avuto risposta in questi giorni grazie alla messa a disposizione di personale aggiuntivo da parte dell’ufficio scolastico regionale e dalla sua assegnazione alle scuole fidentine da parte dell’ufficio scolastico provinciale”

Quindi sono arrivate risorse aggiuntive e sono state destinate in modo preferenziale su certe scuole: come mai proprio a quelle?

“Per gli importanti risultati ottenuti desidero ringraziare, oltre ai dirigenti locali, l’ing. Versari, dell’Ufficio Scolastico Regionale, il dott. Acri dell’ufficio provinciale e il direttore generale Limina che ha continuato a prestare attenzione alle nostre necessità. Voglio anche spendere un riconoscimento per il consigliere regionale Luigi Villani che mi ha aiutata nel monitoraggio costante della situazione…”

Quindi tutti noi, che stiamo soffrendo per il taglio di docenti di classe, di sostegno, di tempo scuola, dobbiamo fare come l’Assessore Callegari, ossia appellarci ai “Santi del Paradiso”?

Dobbiamo chiedere favori ai dirigenti, anche se, come Limina, sono da mesi a Roma ad occuparsi di affari internazionali? Una buona spinta non guasta mai….

Dobbiamo appellarci a qualche coordinatore di partito, per avere un insegnante, un banco, una tapparella messa a posto?

Allora dobbiamoo presumere che se a Parma molte scuole non possono affermare di aver “ superato la crisi”, il dott. Acri e il dott. Versari non ci vedono di buon occhio? Oppure il dott. Bernini, assessore alla scuola del Comune di Parma, non ha abbastanza agganci politici da poter chiamare e poi ringraziare sui giornali?

Che lezione ne traggono i genitori, che tra due settimane non troveranno nelle scuole ciò che i loro figli necessitano: che devono imparare “da che parte stare”? (Fidenza è due anni che a settembre fa questo tipo di annunci…)

Che le proteste e le regole hanno valore diverso a seconda della località e del “padrino politico” che protegge la zona?

 Leggiamo inoltre sulla Gazzetta e su Parma Qui grande enfasi per le nomine in ruolo di quasi 600 docenti. Forse si dimentica di dire che queste nomine non coprono neppure la metà di quanti sono andati in pensione in questi anni, che ci sono ancora quantità altissime di posti precari (che sono rinnovati di anno in anno, per decenni), che sono stati tagliati posti essenziali, con norme che puntando al risparmio, togliendo risorse vitali alla scuola pubblica.

 Vorremmo tanto che i cittadini- lettori non si abituassero a considerare un regalo ciò che dovrebbe essere garantito per legge, essendo il diritto allo studio uno dei diritti costituzionali, non abrogabile per volontà politica transitoria, né gestibile in modo clientelare, per tornaconti elettorali.
