Sottopagati, spostati di anno in anno, utilizzati per le mansioni più faticose e disagiate.

Sono loro che pagano il prezzo degli enormi tagli (8 miliardi di euro) che il governo Berlusconi - Gelmini  ha imposto alla scuola pubblica italiana.

Ma mentre nell’indifferenza generale i precari perdono posti di lavoro, a Parma il Comune  spreca  i soldi dei contribuenti  (30 milioni di euro) per costruire la faraonica  “Scuola per l’Europa” : quanti insegnanti precari si potevano far lavorare con tutti questi soldi?

L’ultima ulteriore beffa per i precari consiste nel cosiddetto “inserimento a pettine”:  nel 2007  il ministro Fioroni costrinse tanti precari (in particolare del Sud) a scegliere una provincia in cui lavorare. Oggi queste regole sono state completamente stravolte con gravissimi danni personali per chi allora fece la difficile scelta di emigrare per lavorare.
