Donde verrà? D’in curia, ad alti piani;
è ‘l fregar di cardinalizie mani
pel fatto, oggidì un po’ meno remoto,

di cavarsi ‘l Francesco dallo scroto.
Là vige ‘l tacet, ma son sempre umani;
in più pentirsi puotesi domani
che so, con un rosario od un ex voto!

Fortuna che, finita l’omelia,
più efficace di un voto a Sant’Antonio,
c’è chi si procurò ‘na medicina

mandata da Cirillo. <<Un’aspirina?>>
