Affollamento nelle carceri

Ogni qualche anno, destato dal sonno
da qualche radicale che non mangia
o dal fatto che ‘l testicol si sfrangia
al nostro quirinalizio bisnonno,

c’è un onorevol con faccia da tonno
che, appena uscito dal torpor, si arrangia
(tanto poi la parola si rimangia!):
<<Col Presidente tosto mi incolonno!

Se la galera è piena, è infatti chiaro
che non son io che gli giro le spalle;
dipenderà da congiunzione astrale

o dal destino, ch’è cinico e baro!>>
Ciò detto, se ne sbatte ben le balle
e torna alla sua veglia vegetale.
