Mi permetto di attaccare senza preamboli questo mio breve scritto.
Mi riferisco all’incontro di ieri, 7 dicembre, al Cnr, che vedeva l’introduzione del ministro Profumo.
In particolare mi riferisco alla questione del merito di scuole e prof.
E’ incredibile. Ma è questo il problema dei problemi?!
Impensabile che si voglia vendere fumo mentre i giovani insegnanti non trovano posto, gli edifici invecchiano; mentre gli alunni aumentano e al contempo scarseggia tutto dentro aule, bagni, corridoi, biblioteche, segreterie, dentro le nostre tasche, nelle nostre menti bombardate di spread, tasse, nuovi e vitali problemi insorgenti…e nonostante ciò lavoriamo con senso del dovere.
Posso osare col dire che è volgare e iniquo?

Ancora una volta ci saranno schiere di persone che si attiveranno, che penseranno a queste “moderne diavolerie” che dividono il mondo in primi della classe, secondi, terzi, ultimi…? E poi quanto costa tutto questo organizzar e andar per convegni di dirigenti e tecnici?
E’ proprio vero che siamo governati sempre e ancora da obsolete teste formate alla vecchissima scuola della selezione e del merito (dai parametri opinabili) , quella scuola che divideva il mondo in bianco e nero, in buoni e cattivi, in dietro la lavagna con gli orecchi del somaro o bravi alunni con la lode! Dov’è la novità? Dove sarà nascosto, in quale era nascerà qualcuno che comprenderà che con la selezione, i voti, la differenziazione, al posto della collaborazione, della formazione in servizio, della riflessione comune, ecc…non si cambierà nulla? E che, al contrario, le relazioni, la chiarezza nei rapporti interpersonali e le vite saranno ancor più complesse e tristi?
