DOMANI 17 NOVEMBRE SCIOPERO GENERALE E MANIFESTAZIONI IN 24 CITTA’

CONTRO LE POLITICHE LIBERISTE DEL GOVERNO BIPARTISAN MONTI

A ROMA LA QUESTURA AUTORIZZA IL CORTEO RICHIESTO DAI COBAS

Oggi si costituisce il governo bipartisan Monti, con un programma ultra-liberista e ministri esponenti dei gruppi finanziari, del Vaticano e del capitalismo di Stato e privato che da sempre predicano le politiche antipopolari che hanno provocato la catastrofica crisi. Abbiamo salutato con soddisfazione la caduta del governo Berlusconi. Ma il governo Monti minaccia di essere altrettanto micidiale per i salariati, i pensionati, i giovani, i ceti popolari e, dopo l’approvazione della quarta manovraccia, ne annuncia una quinta per fine anno, avendo il sostegno anche di quel centrosinistra che non voleva sostituire Berlusconi per impedirne le politiche antisociali, ma casomai per intensificarle. Il bipartisan Monti vuole imporre la libertà totale di licenziare, il collocamento dei dipendenti pubblici in “esubero” (ora in particolare degli insegnanti) in Cassa Integrazione, anticamera del licenziamento dopo 24 mesi, l’annullamento dei contratti nazionali, l’eliminazione delle pensioni di anzianità e del residuo sistema retributivo, la privatizzazione di tutti i servizi pubblici locali malgrado i risultati dei referendum, la svendita del patrimonio naturale e artistico e le distruttive Grandi Opere, confermando per il Pubblico Impiego il blocco dei contratti fino al 2014 e per la scuola anche degli scatti di anzianità e la retribuzione dei docenti in base ai grotteschi quiz Invalsi.

LA CRISI E IL DEBITO VANNO PAGATI DA CHI LI HA PROVOCATI E DA CHI CI SI ARRICCHISCE.

Nella manovraccia approvata dalla casta bipartisan non c’è neanche un provvedimento che faccia pagare la crisi a chi l’ha provocata e a chi ci si arricchisce, al 10% che possiede il 55% della ricchezza nazionale (almeno 5000 miliardi: basta una tassa dell’ 1% per avere 50 miliardi l’anno), agli evasori fiscali (tra i 300 e i 400 miliardi annui: un taglio, fosse pure del 20%, darebbe altri 70 miliardi), ai corrotti nelle strutture pubbliche (circa 200 miliardi annui divorati: già eliminandoli al 20%, otterremmo 40 miliardi); e riducendo le “pensioni d’oro”, cancellando le missioni di guerra e tagliando le spese militari avremmo altre decine di miliardi. In tutto, oltre 200 miliardi annui non solo per aggiustare il bilancio ma per salari e pensioni adeguati, investimenti nell’istruzione e nella sanità, nei servizi sociali, nella tutela del patrimonio naturale ed artistico; per porre fine alla precarietà e garantire un reddito minimo per tutti/e.

Perciò i COBAS, insieme alla CUB, scioperano per l’intera giornata in tutto il lavoro dipendente domani 17 novembre, che è anche giorno mondiale di lotta degli studenti. I COBAS manifesteranno, insieme agli studenti, alla CUB e ad altre strutture sociali, in 24 città:

Apostoli, ponendo così fine agli intollerabili divieti di Alemanno e recuperando la libertà di manifestare pacificamente nelle vie della città.
