Mozione di non collaborazione alle prove Invalsi per i Collegi dei Docenti

Dopo la pubblicazione della  direttiva ministeriale n°88 - Obiettivi delle rilevazioni nazionali INVALSI sugli apprendimenti degli studenti – a.s. 2011/2012 e della nota di accompagnamento MIURA00DGOS prot. 6830 R.U./U./, restano pienamente confermate tutte le osservazioni già fatte lo scorso anno scolastico: per i docenti non c’è alcun obbligo nè di somministrazione nè di inserimento dei dati di contesto e dei risultati (“A livello di scuola, la collaborazione riguarda la raccolta e l’inserimento dei dati….”) tanto è vero che “il riconoscimento economico per tali attività potrà essere individuato, in sede di contrattazione integrativa di istituto“, cioè come retribuzione per attività aggiuntive e, in quanto tali, da svolgersi solo su base volontaria.

Invitiamo tutti, qualora i dirigenti scolastici tentino di “trovare adeguato spazio di programmazione nell’ambito del piano annuale delle attività..”, a rifiutare che ciò avvenga con un voto (che è obbligatorio dare, lo ricorda anche la nota) contrario!

Se non sarà possibile riuscire in questo, invitiamo comunque i Collegi dei Docenti a pronunciarsi in maniera contraria all’inserimento della somministrazione e della correzione delle Prove INVALSI tra le attività da incentivare con il Fondo d’Istituto e contemporaneamente a non dare la propria disponibilità alla correzione degli elaborati.

Vi proponiamo qui il modello di una possibile mozione da proporre anche nel vostro Collegio.
