 Le politiche della deputata bresciana Mariastella Gelmini e del suo collega di Sondrio Giulio Tremonti, fanno arrabbiare anche i maesrtri cattolici. 'Ancora una volta, tagli pesanti alle risorse di personale si riversano sulla scuola, minandone l'organizzazione, l'offerta formativa, il dialogo progettuale con il territorio e, di conseguenza, il suo stesso valore istituzionale''. Lo afferma, in una nota, l'Associazione italiana dei maestri cattolici.''Quella che può sembrare una necessaria e inevitabile manovra economica di contenimento della spesa pubblica - aggiunge l'Aimc - si sta configurando, nelle aule delle istituzioni scolastiche, come una situazione di emergenza. A fronte di una sempre maggiore complessità delle classi e delle difficoltà di tipo educativo e relazionale, si risponde con dati statistici e con raffronti nazionali e internazionali non sempre adeguatamente contestualizzati, nascondendo il grosso disagio delle comunità professionali che vedono frammentate le proposte educative a causa di orari rigidi e compressi, poco rispettosi dei tempi di apprendimento e dei ritmi di crescita di ciascun alunno''. L'Associazione dei Maestri Cattolici, ''avverte l'esigenza, a distanza di tre anni dalla riorganizzazione della rete scolastica e dalla razionalizzazione delle risorse umane, di dare avvio a un serio e puntuale monitoraggio di ciò che sta accadendo, che chiami in causa il Ministero, le Regioni e tutti quegli interlocutori istituzionali che hanno e avranno peso nella governance territoriale. Si teme, infatti, che nel rapporto Stato-Regioni sulla materia concorrente non vi sia un piano di condivisione e di progettualità'''. |
