Invalsi, Parma, sentenza storica

Cari colleghi,

il Consiglio di stato ha emesso un sentenza storica, negativa dal mio punto di vista, che riguarda l'Invalsi essa è riferita ad un episodio avvenuto a Parma qualche tempo fa:

i genitori di una bambina di seconda elementare, di una scuola parificata, impugnarono la decisione di non ammettere la figlia in terza, il tar diede loro torto, il Consiglio di Stato ha ribaltato quell'esito motivando nella sentenza che i docenti dovevano tenere conto nella valutazione anche delle prove Invalsi (i giudici non sanno che sono anonime)....

E' la prima volta che accade una cosa simile, ricordiamoci che giuridicamente vale per il solo singolo caso e non è estesa automaticamente a tutti, però fa giurisprudenza ....un bel primato parmigiano...
